Refund / Cancellation Policy

We do it right, and if not it’s on us. American Credit Solutions is committed to building long-term relationships of trust to provide you with the most effective credit report repair possible. At American Credit Solutions, requests for refunds rarely present themselves. But if they do, our clients are protected from day one. As a valued American Credit Solutions client, you have the right to extend or cancel our services at any time. We are committed to providing quality service at the time of your convenience, which is why we believe you have the right to determine how and when you would like to utilize our resources without being bound by any lengthy contracts or agreements.

Our refund policy is very straight forward. You are entitled to a 100% refund on all monthly payments if: you have at least 4 negatives on your credit report at the time of sign-up; you have used our services for 6 consecutive months, and after this time we do not remove more than 25% of all negatives worked on; you have not used a credit-consulting agency nor attempted to repair your credit 2 years prior to signing up for our service; and you send updated reports from the 3 credit bureaus to us within 5 days of receipt.

Each case is different, and results will vary upon the specific issues contained on your credit reports. They will also vary based upon the amount of time you are willing to commit to your credit report repair. As such, American Credit Solutions Credit does not and cannot guarantee specific results.
